Yoga is a gateway to grace—to self-transformation of the body, mind, and spirit, and to the alleviation of suffering. Its healing benefits have withstood the test of time (over 3,000 years!).
As a yoga therapist, my intention is to compassionately guide students toward that gateway on their own terms. My teaching style combines 25-plus years of experience as a yoga practitioner with in-depth training in anatomy, physiology, various health conditions, and therapeutic applications of asana (yoga postures), pranayama (conscious breathing), and meditation.
